Most other copies of this book were lost when Longmans bookstore was destroyed by a bomb in the second world war and was not subsequently republished until 1958 by Dover Publications x + 136 Good condition in fair unclipped dust jacket which has lost the spine area of the jacket (front, back and both flaps remain). No other copies available on line at time of listing.In addition we will include the author's own manuscript - a hardback exercise book from 1930's with a front label from the College of Technology Manchester (Later UMIST, now University of Manchester) with many worked examples of Bessel functions which appears to have been notes for this book.
