L'édition originale, dont l'achevé d'imprimer date du 29 mai 1911, a presque entièrement été détruite car trois pages n'avaient pas le nombre régulier de lignes. Notre édition fut tirée à 500 exemplaires sur vergé d'Arches, un de ceux-ci.
