Cloth lightly bumped at spine ends. Cocked. Previous owner's name on front free endpaper. Free endpapers starting to tan. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Dust jacket has some shelf wear, light chipping to edges, a couple of small closed tears. Grippingly original novel of suspense and violence which introduced to English readers the work of the celebrated author and playwright.
