Wraps. First Edition. Octavo (6-3/4" x 9-1/8") in stiff paper binding with a thin brown paper cover with watercolor decorations on front and rear panels, as well as the spine. The French text is accompanied by 6 hand-colored pochoir plates by Robert Polack on the same thin paper tipped in. Foxing throughout, not affecting the illustrations. The fragile illustrated paper dustwrapper is intact but for small chips on the spine and has neatly detached from the book. Very Good.
