Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 8vo. Hardcover. Pp. 138. Edition limited to 650 copies, this copy being number 318. In very good condition; professionally rebound in burgundy cloth with gilt title on spine. Slight shelf-wear to cover such as light marks and scuffs, with patches of fading. Very minor bumping at the bottom of the… spine. Pages themselves are clean and unmarked, though there's a light stain at the top of the half-title.Though no date is printed, resources suggest that it was printed in 1945. The book focuses on sleight-of-hand magic tricks. While not confirmed, the author's name, printed 'Alma', may refer to Will Alma, an Australian stage magician, maker of conjuring apparatus and magic historian.
