Hardcover. A periwinkle hardcover book with the title debossed in black text down the spine. There is a salmon-colored dust jacket with a photograph on the back and on the front. The text is printed in black on the cover and down the spine. The front and back free and pasted end pages are a heavy black paper. Pages: (4), 5-158, (1). 167 duotone photographs. Signed by Lew Thomas and John Gutmann.
