Brownish-Red linen-like cover with title , author and art work in gilt, spine similar with addition of the publisher, back cover blank, 25 chapters, 11 illustrations in pen and ink style on coated paper, covers has color loss and fading, side and bottom page edges are lightly soiled, top page edges are moderately soiled, evidence of moisture damage on bottom portion of front cover and back cover with color loss, spine is badly faded, double end pages are medium green on white/tan paper of a woodland scene with a small house on a hillside, the front end page has a signature in ink, both front and back end pages are in very good condition, no problems with the interior pages. In good condition clean and tight, pages are sewn and are lightly browned from age.
