Contemporary dark red blind-stamped full leather with gilt spine and cover centerpieces, all edges gilt. Ex-library copy with spine letters, bookplate, small number stamp, and paper label. Darkening and rubbing to the joints and board edges, else very good. Features the first printed appearance of the poems: "The Friend Above," and "Introduction," by Lydia Sigourney, and "Reflection," by Willis Gaylord Clark. *BAL* 17703, 3273.
