(Undated c1950s) This collection of favourite recipes was published by The Kinette Club of Pointe Claire, Quebec. It has pressboard covers held together by two metal rings and has been used many times. The first page has come loose and has a recipe glued to it. Some of the recipes have splashes and stains and there are additional recipes written in pen. There are a number of advertisements : Point Claire Plumbing & Heating, R. Lauzon, Proprietor; Banque Canadienne Nationale, O. Larouche, Manager; Maples Inn Hotel, W. Constant, Prop. Some of the advertisements have magazine recipes glued on top of them. Well over half of the recipes are for rich and deicious baked goods and sweets; along with main-course dishes full of flavour, as well as homemade pickles, sauces and dressings. Manually typed; Undated, circa 1950s or early 1960s.
