Signed and dated 3/12/53 by the author in fountain pen on the half-title page, accompanied by a lengthy gift inscription in another hand. Book is in fine, fresh condition in original black cloth while dust jacket is vg+ with slight edgewear and somewhat faded spine but no chips and no significant tears. NOT price-clipped. A facinating book about the design of the household lamp both in terms of function and form. 179 pages of text plus a huge section of black and white photos and illustrations on coated paper stock. Inscribed by Author(s).
