Inscribed by Markham to Andrew Salkey: Best wishes, Andrew from Archie." Laid in is a Typed Letter Signed by Markham to Salkey. Also laid in is Markham's address written (likely by Salkey) on a small, neat slip of paper. Markham was born in Montserrat, West Indies in 1939.
