Black leather bookplate on front pastedown endpaper has the subscriber's name engraved and indicates that this volume is #645 of a limited edition of 1,000 copies. The book is in as-new condition. Laid in is a pamphlet of notes from the editors of "The Classics of Neurology & Neurosurgery Library" series. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Book.
