Signed by the author on end-paper. Peter Stone's early classic on legering in stillwaters and rivers. Chapters looking at specific legering techniques for all the usual coarse species though nothing on carp, for as the author writes: "I have not touched upon [carp] in this book. Serious carp fishing is at the moment for me very limited, and all one wishes to know about them can be found in Still-Water Angling [by Richard Walker]." .
