Pages and binding are presentable with no major defects. Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Bo…ards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some moderate sunning and tanning. Gilt lettering to spine is slightly dulled.

A warmth and genuine love of wildlife and locals emanates from the photos, many of which were taken from trees "in which we often spend the nig…ht to take advantage of the first daylight hours" and includes one extraordinary picture of Mr and Mrs Denis literally being carried across a river by locals. Interior has small owner's pencil inscription otherwise clean interior with all pages tight in binding, covers clean and unscuffed. Dustjacket still in one piece but has small chinks missing at spine extremities and corners. Armand Denis (illustrator). Signed by Author(s).
