The book was published by Walker & Company in 1998 and appears to be at least an American First Edition but is not specifically stated as such. It does have the appropriate number line. It's not an ex-library copy, and both the book and the dust jacket are in very good + condition. The book is 5 3/4" by 9 1/4" and has 392 pages with a Table of Contents.
