Ex Libris was originally put together to be printed as a souvenir of the New York Times First National Book Fair, held at Rockerfeller Center, New York, in November, 1936. Due to high demand, it was re-issued by Lippincott six months after the event. Light edge wear, small label from an old bookstore and previous owner's name (dated 1944) on the front endpapers, text has yellowed but is otherwise clean and tight. Jacket has a large chip at the top of the spine and is price -clipped.
