"Libro completo de cocina" is a comprehensive cookbook by Leonor Barreto and María de la Madrid, originally published in 1948, that contains recipes for traditional and contemporary (at the time) dishes and drinks from Mexico, especially the state of Colima. The recipes are organized into several categories, including: Breakfasts, main courses, cocktails, appetizers, soups, "dry" soups, cakes, egg dishes, and seafood.
