Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 5" x 6.5" [1888?] Red cloth boards with title in silver on front board with floral colour illustration. [32] p.p. Owner inscription on front free endpaper signed 'Christmas, 1888.' Sporadic stains to boards. Spine ends are chipped with small loss to head. Endpapers lightly soiled. Pages yellowed with sporadic pencil marks, but otherwise in good condition. A nice collection of religious and spiritual verses, proverbs, hymns, and poems with selections from Longfellow, A.A. Proctor, Ray Palmer and others. Signed.
