Hardcover. Condition: Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Fine. 1st Edition. First edition, first printing with full number line. A fine copy in a fine mylar protected DJ. I bought this new from Borders book and have left the nostalgic Borders price sticker on the book-- a company that is also lost from our world. This book is unaccountably scarce-- there is a probably a story behind it I don't know. A fabulous book by DK who is an expert at organizing complex information with great photos and superb layout. See my photos (more available upon request). All books are in my possession and are packed securely in cardboard boxes. International postage must be priority mail rates due to the weight of this book. #A1.
