The head of the soiled dust jacket's spine is chipped and there are a couple of tears to the jacket's edges with a small chip out from t…he top of the front panel. [x] & 54 pages. Near fine in a good dust wrapper. First edition, inscribed, dated January 31, 1965" & signed "Kay" by the author on the front endpaper. Laid in at the front is Kay Magenheimer's poem "'Ask Not.' in Memory of John Fitzgerald Kennedy" printed on 5-5/8 inch high by 3-3/8 inch wide fine card stock with details as to the "Formal Unveiling" of the memorial printed on the verso.
