A nice copy of an extremely rare first edition book. Correct first printing. This was Farrell's debut novel and has never been reprinted. Farrell was later awarded the Booker Prize for the Siege of Krishnapur in 1973 and the "Lost" Booker Prize in 2011 for his book Troubles (1970). Very Good + book with no writing or marks. Small push to the base of the spine. Very Good jacket with very mild scrapes to edges and a tiny area of loss to the top of the spine. Not price clipped. Please see Firsteds for more rare J. G.
