Minor dampstaining at top margins of some pages & neat ownership signatures inside front cover and front free endpaper. Overall a very good copy with light foxing throughout.

From the Bausch & Lomb Optical Co., a catalog of microscopes and accessories, photomicrographic and micro-projection apparatus microtomes, colorimeters, optical measuring instruments and refractometers. The catalog is composed of illustrations of many products with thorough descriptions and charts of specifications. The blue cover is embossed but with some light rubbing to the spine ends. The inside pages are without markings or writing. It is stamped on the end paper by a library. The catalog includes colored frontispiece, instructions, and descriptions of laboratory and research microscopes, greenough and wide-field binocular microscopes, chemical, petrographical and special microscopes. and many more types.

Stated Ninth printing of the Second Edition, 478pp, smaller octavo in green cloth; tight binding, mild wear to book edges, old sticker to rear board, small patch of white-out at bottom spine, owner name and bookplate, text clean throughout, Very Good-. Volume 1 only.

Soft cover. Condition: Good. Octavo, 110 pages, index, illustrated, priced. The covers are rubbed and there is some damage to the spine with the top part missing. Internally there is some staining along the top and right side of page edge which affects the latter part of the catalogue. However it is only on the edges and does not affect the text or illustrations. I have included a photograph from the rear of the book which should illustrate this. The prices are in dollars and this was clearly sent to a British customer as some the prices have been written in, in pounds, shillings and pence.
