Wanda Gag (1893-1946) was an award-winning artist whose work can be found in the Smithsonian American Art Museum, Museum of Modern Art, British Museum, and Philadelphia Museum of Art. Millions of Cats, her first children's book, was a Newbery Honor book, while 2 later books were Caldecott Honor books. The book is in very good+ condition: clean and tight, with some dulling of the color on the covers; 2 superficial scratches on the front cover; some very minor edgewear; relatively minor soiling on the rear cover.
