Exterior shows edge and corner bumps as well as light soiling from handling. Rear board shows loss to the shine of the cloth with large spot near hinge area. Internal binding is good with the exception of page 113, which appears to be at a slight angle from the binding process. This caused the top edge of the page stick out past the exterior textblock and also the bottom 60-70% of the page is not properly bound and is not fully connected. Only binding issue found was at the front board where there is a small tear at the top of the gutter which measures less than one half of an edge. Pages are toned due to age and there is some light foxing and toning present. Rear end page and pastedown show dark brown spots near the gutter. No signatures or bookplates present, no library markings, no handwriting found.
