The historical growth of the electrical demand is described in Section 4, together with historical data On .per- capita consumption, installed capacity, energy generated, load factor, and system load characteristics. Data are also given on system reliability, reliability criteria, and outage experience. The future system requirements are described in Section 5 including projections of maximum demand, generated energy, load factor and future reserve capacity.
