The boards have been well protected by the dust jacket and are clean and bright with only a hint of shelf wear and a little bruising to the corners. Internally there is a gift inscription to the front pastedown and occasional handling marks and a little light spotting, mainly to the edge of the text block. The plates are all present and undamaged. The scarce dust jacket which is now protected in a removable, clear cover (not shown) is dust stained with rubbing to the spine tips and edges.
