Signed on the title-page by the clerk of the court, Bertrand, as was required. The publication of this volume was deemed necessary with an eye on educating those involved in discussing the new constitution and laws of the Provence concerning the various contributions of the three orders. The project generated an enormous number of proposals which often showed grave misunderstanding and misrepresentation of the constitution and the law. This work was printed on the expense of the nobility.
