From an academic library, their bookplate and ink notes on pastedown and free end paper. Binding is black blind stamped decorated cloth boards with gilt titling to spine. Just a little wear to the boards. There is a four page publisher's flyer pasted into the front of the book and this has caused some foxing along the hinges of the prelims and title page and the front hinge is tender and their is a grubby line where the glue has changed colour over the years.
