Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning. Lettering is clear. Book has a slight forward lean.

Volume has no dust jacket. --- A Fair-only copy, with quite a bit of soiling to cloth, partial splits at both hinges, and grandmother's warm gift inscription to front free endpaper, dated 1904. Some line drawing illustrations. Spine becoming broken at page 100 but pages holding well. no date but an inscription to ffep is dated 1907. Book.
