First Edition. THE OUTLAW OF TORN, McClurg, 1927, first edition, a bright vg/vg+ copy in an attractive dust-wrapper with some chipping, mostly to the dust-wrapper spine extremities and with some other wear and tear. Very scarce in dust-wrapper and most rare indeed INSCRIBED (as this copy is at the time of publication). The authors second written work, following THE PRINCESS OF MARS, but preceding TARZAN OF THE APES. A most desirable copy of this early work in the Burroughs canon.
