Also includes "Best wishes" and signature of Valerie Masterson, dated 1980; her U.S. debut was as "Violetta" in the 1980 SF Opera production of "La Traviata" (Masterson signs "Violetta" below her name). Additional signatures by 3 cast members of the SF Opera 1980 production of "Don Pasquale": Geraint Evans as Don Pasquale, Timothy Nolen as Dr. Malatesta, and David Rendall as Ernesto.
