These four items are commercial and trade pamphlets and all relate to baking and bread making. 1) - - the first is titled ?The Right Way to Right Weight? - by the American Institute of Baking in New York, 1938. This 17-page booklet, in very good condition, features black-and-white photos, charts for meal combinations, charts for reducing weight through calorie reduction, and 8 pages of recipes and meal planning. 2) - - the second item is titled ?Our Daily Bread for Teachers of Intermediate Grades.? This 21-page very good-plus item is published by the American Institute of Baking, 1940 - - and features a brief history of bread making, the industry of bread making, and then 4 pages of industrial baking with black-and-white photos, and additional pages for expanded classroom coverage of this topic. 3) - - the third item is a small 3.5 x 6.0 inch 31-page ?Royal Yeast Bake Book? published by the E. W. Gillett Company - the makers of Royal Yeast cakes product line. This item covers bread as food, types of flour, the making of bread, and then 18 pages of recipes with black-and-white and color photos. 4) - - the last item is a 6-page folded item by the Sperry Company with recipes, commentary by Martha Meade, certificates for silverware, with the item in very good condition.
