The author, who spent many years living and working on the Isthmus, captures the unique culture and challenges of this region. The poems explore themes of isolation, adventure, and the search for meaning in a harsh and unforgiving environment. They offer a glimpse into a world that is both beautiful and dangerous, where the human spirit is tested to its limits. Through vivid imagery and lyrical language, the author paints a portrait of a place where dreams and nightmares collide, and where the line between civilization and savagery is often blurred. This book is a valuable contribution to the literature of the Isthmus of Panama, and it offers a unique perspective on the human experience in this fascinating and enigmatic region. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.
