Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 1st Edition. Harper and Row, New York, 1966, Hardcover First Edition. A Dr. Fell Detective Novel, written on the ffep: "Margaret & Stirling Campbell". Margaret was a Toronto city councillor and Stirling worked on the original film version of 'All Quiet On The Western Front' and other films, he is credited with coming up with the iconic end scene - see Stirling Campbell on wikipedia. Book Condition: Very good, with light bumps at the four forward corners & a tiny amount of wear at the top/bottom boards; some light age toning, and an unusual clipping of the bottom corner of 30 pages - as if a tiny dog ear was clipped off - small and just creates a gap in the text edge - I suspect this is a production error, otherwise the book is tight and Very Good. Dust Jacket has five closed tears and is price clipped - a removable, archival, mylar sleeve will clean this up somewhat - otherwise just Good. A solid copy with a provenance which has some historic significance.
