Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. This is an inscribed copy of "PARTNERS - A Guide to the Game of Wine and Food Match-Making" by Andre Simon. This copy contains an inscription on the inside front cover, as follows: "To Eric and Doris Chilman from Andre and Edith Simon, With all good wishes, Christmas 1957." Softcover booklet with 20 numbered pages. Published by The Wine and Food Society in London. Circa 1950's (there is no date of publication stated). The contents are as follows: Hors d'OEuvre; Soups; Fish; Meat; Poultry and Game; Eggs, Entrees, and Various Dishes; Cheese; Sweets and Dessert Fruit; Index - Red Wines, White Wines. Condition: Tiny crease at the bottom-right front corner of the front cover; larger crease at the bottom-left back corner of the back cover. Small, light stain at the right edge of the back cover. Both covers and all pages are securely attached at the staples. Nice interior - the pages are clean with no issues found. Andre & Edith Simon inscription written in pen on the inside front cover. Overall the booklet is in Very Good condition.
