The contents are as follows: Hors d'OEuvre; Soups; Fish; Meat; Poultry and Game; Eggs, Entrees, and Various Dishes; Cheese; Sweets and Dessert Fruit; Index - Red Wines, White Wines. Condition: Tiny crease at the bottom-right front corner of the front cover; larger crease at the bottom-left back corner of the back cover. Small, light stain at the right edge of the back cover. Both covers and all pages are securely attached at the staples. Nice interior - the pages are clean with no issues found. Andre & Edith Simon inscription written in pen on the inside front cover. Overall the booklet is in Very Good condition.
