Farrell referred to Zimmerman as his "old friend and comrade." 8vo light brick red boards stamped in black on spine; 288 pages. Very good to near fine with small rear of mild rubbing on spine and touch of faint staining to page edges; in very good dust jacket with spine somewhat toned, minor nicks to spine ends, and one unobtrusive tear.
