Boards bright and clean; a few, sporadic spots of foxing to the page block edges still overall a VG+ copy (with faint offsetting to both sets of end-papers) in like D/W priced 9/6 net to the inside flap (as called for). The D/W has just a touch of minuscule rubbing to the spine tips and extremities. A nicer copy than normally seen of this mystery story written for young teenagers. Uncommon. Ends of spine and corners lightly rubbed with some fading to cloth at head of spine. Some tanning and foxing spots to endpapers. Foxing spots to outer page edges. Else a very good clean and tight copy. 157pp.
