The invited speakers were Rita Casadio (Bologna Biocomputing Group, Italy), Florence d Alch e-Buc (Universit e d Evry-Val d Essonne, France), Daniel - son (Tu bingen University, Germany), and Natasa Przulj (Imperial College L- don, UK).
