Engraved frontispiece showing the match in Paris between Anderssen and Morphy. 102 pages, plus one-page index. 19th-century quarter pebbled cloth, marbled boards. Provenance: Dr. Max Lange (1832-1899), Leipzig (inkstamp on title verso, annotations in the text).
