Slight toning on the plastic, about fine. Laid in is a Typed Letter Signed from Peter B. Howard sending this appraisal along to another bookseller: "I made an extra copy or two but you are the only ones I can think who might find a purpose for it." Irwin "Toby" Holtzman was a major collector of modern literature, and donated several important collections to institutions. The contents includes both standard bookseller descriptions, as well as photocopies of mostly handwritten index cards with copy specific information. One of only a few copies.
