Unusually, the frontispiece appears facing page 129 rather than at the beginning of the volume. Collated, complete. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally very smart. Rubbing and bumping to extremities, occasionally resulting in very minor loss to cloth, with one or two chips and closed tears to head and tail of spine. Hinges strained.
