Book is square and binding secure. The jacket has some sunning on and along spine. ; B&W Photographs; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 140 pages; Book by famed UGA professor who started the University of Georgia's school of Landscape Design. This copy is signed by Owens on the ffep with an inscription to Gene Coggin. Underneath the inscription is Coggin's bookplate. This copy came from the collection of Steven Wheaton former Director of the Scott Arboretum at Swarthmore and who directed the restoration plantings at Barnsley Gardens in Northwest Georgia. Wheaton probably used this book when working on the designs at Barnsley. ; Signed by Author.
