[17]pp., with one b/w photo of Lawrence Durrell by John Waller, and one reproduction of the contents page of the first issue of Personal Landscape magazine. Feature a 9 page description of how the magazine was started by Bernard Spencer, Lawrence Durrell and Robin Fedden. A Fine copy in a Near fine jacket that just a touch of discoloration along the spine (from the maroon cloth).

This copy is signed by Owens on the ffep with an inscription to Gene Coggin. Underneath the inscription is Coggin's bookplate. This copy came from the collection of Steven Wheaton former Director of the Scott Arboretum at Swarthmore and who directed the restoration plantings at Barnsley Gardens in Northwest Georgia. Wheaton probably used this book when working on the designs at Barnsley. ; Signed by Author.
