Hardcover. Condition: Good. Fifty-six loose heliogravure plates of rural buildings in Provence loose in heavy card portfolio with cloth spine and ties. Text insert pages are uncut. The eight pencil drawings are missing. Discreet previous owner's ink stamp and small inch-long bookstore sticker on FFEP. Some age-toning to plates. Light foxing to rear paste-down and offsetting to final print, but no noticeable spotting to inside plates. Covers show sunning at edges but are otherwise clean with no loss to silver lettering and no fraying to cloth spine. s21a.
