Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Jules Feiffer (illustrator). It's a little hard to keep track of all the editions of this book. This might be the 4th US edition. At any rate, it is the 59th printing of whatever edition it is! Near fine book in very good DJ. The DJ is not price clipped. It shows a bit of edge wear, some rubbing and light scratches, and a very small spot of loss of color at the bottom right front corner. Now the good news: it is signed by th author on the title page, with an inscription at the top of the page "To Ja***" I'm not certain of the name. Jared? Janet? This is a bright, clean copy of this title with a lovely author's signature. Inscribed by Author(s).

Fiftieth Anniversary edition, later printing of this classic work. Octavo, original half cloth, cartographic endpapers, frontispiece, illustrated by Jules Feiffer. Boldly signed Norton Juster on the title page. Fine in a fine dust jacket. With an appreciation by Maurice Sendak. "This book has been described by Naomi Lewis as âthe best original modern book in the Carroll lineâ" (Carpenter & Prichard, 409). Anyone with an appreciation for the language and irony of Alice in Wonderland will consider this witty adventure a classic. The novel begins with a miserably bored lad who exclaims that "there is nothing for me to do, nowhere I'd care to go, and hardly anything worth seeing." Suddenly a tollbooth appears in his room, and, having no other interests, the lad Milo drives through it and sets off in his toy car for a mythic journey.
