First Editions in English, first printings (the first two volumes are the American issue, the third volume is the British issue). xxii, 422 pp; viii, 389 pp; viii, 626 pp (ISBN: 0710062397). Original cloth. A Near Fine set, in near fine dust jackets. Each volume is translated from the second German edition (1957-60). The Notes have been 'considerably corrected and supplemented' in each volume, while the text has been 'revised to a lesser extent.' The 1964 publication of the first edition in English of Vol. 2 coincided with the publication of the third German edition. Bollingen Series LIX: 1-3. [a.c.].
