Hardcover. Condition: Very good. Only Edition. Quarto; pp; 240, (143-240, ads); Illustrated. Profusely illustrated, photographs, line drawings, musical scores; brown cloth, lettered in black; Inscribed by a young trainee, "Rube Briney" to a number of his friends. This is a yearbook like publication for members of the forces training at Plattsburg as part of the Plattsburg Movement to prepare for American entry in WWI. Great content. TR and Gen. Wood fought for these "camps" as they knew the inevitabily of American entry into WWI. As it was, when the US did go "over there" they were terribly ill prepared in terms of training and material. TR's sons attended Plattsburg. A Record Of The Second Camp.Quite scarce.
