Small oblong booklet, 6.25 x 3.5", grey stapled wrappers, 5, [1] pp. A promotional booklet for the North Carolina resort town of Pinebluff, located "75 miles South of Raleigh N.C. on the Seaboard Air Line R.R." Includes two pages of "Facts Which Attract the Home-Seeker," noting that "Ninety-five per cent of the residents are.well-to-do, up-to-date people from Northern cities and towns," and that "Colored labor is readily obtainable." The booklet also lists "Facts Which Attract the Tourist," and prints an open letter regarding the town by a Brooklyn pastor as well as two half tone views of the town. Not found in OCLC. In excellent condition.
