First Edition
Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. No. 3 of "Plus-Nieuws," published in Gent, Belgium, 1969, 17 pages, stapled wraps, 8.25" by 8.25". Texts in English and in Dutch. Ultra-rare publication on the modern Postwar Belgian avant-garde, this issue with works and statements by Jac Charoux, Piet Bekaert, architect Eugene Terwindt, criminally unknown kinetic artist Henri Gabril, and criminally overlooked Geometric Abstraction artist Amedee Cortier, along with two poems by New York's Leon Polk Smith and a labyrinth artwork by Giuseppe Riccetti. Also includes exhibition notices and, on the last page, a list of artists producing multiples and conceptual works for Plus-Kern. Very scarce - OCLC records only one copy in the U.S., at the Getty. In excellent condition save for some light spotting to edges of cover.
