Cook has exhibited his work at many distinguished British associations, including the Society of Wood Engravers, the Royal Academy London, the Royal Scottish Academy, and the Royal Society of Painter-Etchers and Engravers. Cook printed the book on a Hopkinson and Cope 1842 Albion press. Fine, with a slight ding on the spine. This is the first production of his Centaur Press. Number 58 of 96 copies, signed by the artist, author, and printer. Prospectus enclosed. J. Kingsley Cook (illustrator).
