This oblong thin folio has been folded in half some time ago and will remain so marked. Has a lot of wear to the covers and some wear to the inside - but still is neat enough to collect and complete. Inscribed in ink on the Title page by the author 'Un Boun Ami _____ & ______ by Fred H. Drake Author." unpaginated fully illustrated in b/w and with b/w maps 12 leaves or 24 pages. Has a rare street map produced by the author in 1949 as the last page. Rare. Size: Oblong Folio - over 12" - 15" Tall. Signed by Author.
